Services

At DVG INŽENIRING we provide complete services for lifts and lifting equipment, from the first idea and technical advice through design, installation, commissioning, modernisation and ongoing maintenance.

Our experience and technical knowledge let us find a technically sound, safe and lastingly efficient solution for every building.

Modernisation

Modernising a lift makes sense when you want to improve the safety, reliability, comfort and efficiency of an existing system, or bring it into line with new demands from the building and its users.

Depending on the age and condition of the lift, modernisation can take in the control system, the drive, the doors, the signalling, the car and other key components.

Modernisation brings you:

  • greater safety and more reliable operation,
  • better ride quality and comfort,
  • more modern technology,
  • better energy efficiency,
  • lower maintenance costs,
  • compliance with current standards and safety requirements,
  • a more modern and better looking lift,
  • a longer service life.

Every modernisation starts with an assessment of the condition of the existing lift and the needs of the building, from which we work out the right scope of work.

Installation

We carry out the installation of every kind of lift and lifting equipment, on new builds as well as on reconstructions and modernisations of existing buildings.

Our team handles the installation, the setting up, commissioning and testing of the equipment. We pay particular attention to the quality of the work, to safety, and to fitting the lift accurately to the building.

Design and advice

Sound advice and the right choice of solution matter most at the start of a project. We help with the choice of lift type, load, speed, dimensions, drive and other technical decisions, and with fitting them into the building.

We prepare project documentation for the various kinds of lift and lifting equipment:

  • IDZ, the design brief, for obtaining project conditions and consents,
  • IDP, the preliminary design, for choosing the most suitable technical and construction solution,
  • DGD, documentation for opinions and building consent,
  • PZI, the detailed design for construction,
  • PID, the as-built design.

In designing we take account of what the building requires, the applicable regulations and standards, the space available, and how heavily the lift will be used.

One source for the whole job

Whether you are planning a new lift, a refurbishment of an existing system or a more demanding modernisation, DVG INŽENIRING will support you through the whole process, from design through installation to ongoing maintenance.
