Heavy-duty lifts

Heavy-duty lifts are built for demanding transport of people, vehicles, goods and materials. We match them to the particular requirements of the building, taking account of the load, the size of the car, the use, the traffic and the space available.

Rope and hydraulic lift systems are both available, the drive chosen for the use and the conditions.

Rope systems

Rope systems particularly suit buildings with heavy traffic, where vertical transport has to be efficient. In larger buildings several lifts can be linked under one controller, which spreads the traffic better and makes the whole installation work harder.

Hydraulic systems

Hydraulic systems are an economic answer for travel up to about 18 m and particularly suit standalone lifts and car lifts. They are robust, dependable, and can be fitted to the limits of the building.

Where they are used

Heavy-duty lifts are used mainly in:

• car parks and parking structures,
• industrial and manufacturing buildings,
• warehouses and logistics centres,
• shopping centres,
• healthcare buildings,
• other buildings with heavy transport demands.

Depending on the project we use electromechanical or electrohydraulic drive, and work out a solution matched to the particular building and the way it is used.
