Lifting platforms

Lifting platform

Lifting platforms are a robust and adaptable way to raise, lower and move loads between levels. They are most often built as hydraulic scissor platforms, and their construction allows them to be matched to the various demands of industry, logistics, warehousing and other working environments.

Depending on the use, the load, the size of the platform, the travel, the controls and the safety equipment can all be matched to the job. The platform can also take various additions, such as turntables, driven or free roller tracks, bridging flaps, loading ramps, guarding and other fittings.

Advantages

  • wide scope for matching the load and the dimensions,
  • a range of travels to suit the project,
  • robust hydraulic construction,
  • a low-profile version for buildings with limited installed height,
  • certain versions can be built without a conventional pit,
  • roller tracks, turntables and other fittings can be built in,
  • guarding, safety systems and bridging flaps available,
  • suited to heavy industrial use,
  • made to measure for the particular building.

How they are used

Lifting platforms are used as:

  • a standalone lifting unit,
  • a working or assembly platform,
  • loading and unloading equipment,
  • part of a production line,
  • a transport solution in warehousing and logistics,
  • a goods lifting platform,
  • a vehicle lifting platform.

The particular strength of lifting platforms is that they can be built as a fully bespoke solution. From the loads, the height difference, the space available and the way it will be used, we settle the structure, the drive, the dimensions and the extra equipment.

At DVG INŽENIRING we work out a solution matched to your building and your process, from a basic lifting platform to a complete system for handling loads in industry.
